Kristal Hance serves as the Administrative Assistant for The Florida Trib.

With more than 20 years of experience as an administrative professional at both national and local nonprofit organizations, Kristal brings expertise in the areas of operations, office management, and income development. Kristal is committed to supporting mission-driven organizations and is particularly passionate about expanding access to opportunities and resources within the community. Outside of work, Kristal enjoys tending to her homestead and camping in the mountains.
